  1.  I have never done a pageant. Can I still enter? Yes
  2. Can I make payments? Yes.
  3. Do I have to make appearances? No., but it would be nice
  4. Can I obtain sponsorship? Yes.
  5. I have never done earances? No.
  6. If I dropout can I get my money back? No.
  7. Can I enter another pageant while doing this one? Yes
  8. What is "At-Large"?  At-Larges means that a delegate enters directly to the nationall pageant. There is no state prelim for that state or region. All at-large title are on a first come first served basis.
  9. How do I get my awards/prizes? All prizes are mailed to your home.
  10. What do I get for my money? Please see the this section of the website
  11. What does MAAU(TM) stand for? Miss African-American United(TM)
  12. Does an online/mail in pageant get respect? Yes.MAAU(TM) has been around since late 2001, or delegates & National winners are known & respected.
  13. Do I have to be a certain height or size to enter?-No delegates of all sizes are encouraged to applied. We do not judge delegates on their features.
